Sparkling Moscato Doc Light-colored with straw hue, fruit scented with a touch of white flowers and roses, a delicate and sweet flavour, fresh, aromatic and sparkling. Excellent at the end of a dinner, especially with fruit, biscuits and baked dessert. Serve at 6-8 °C. Alc 7& vol.

Cartizze DOCG sparkling wine Considered one of thenoblestwithinour peninsula, this wine comes from the precious harvest of the homonymous area of the Valdobbiadene hills. Optimal for every important occasion, it is to be served on temperature of 6-10° C. Vol. 10,5 %
Sauvignon IGT Clear golden yellow wine, delicate perfume, typical aroma; dry, very persistent, hot and velvet taste. It has to be served on a temperature of 10- 12° C. Vol 12%.
Refosco dal penducolo rosso IGT Red wine, famous for its resolute taste. It accompanies roast meat, mixed meat and game. It has to be served on temperature of 18-20° C. Vol 12%.
Raboso Piave DOC Produced through a moderate contact with the skins, it is a very full-bodied, sharp and tannic wine, which best expresses all its properties only after a some years aging. Its perfume reminds of the morello cherry and the blackberry and combines very well with red and game meats. To be served on temperature of 18-20° C. Vol. 12,5 %.
Spumante prosecco millesimato Obtained from a careful year selection of Prosecco vineyard. The spumantization particularly exalts its so-created body. Clear yellow and pleasant, typically fruity perfumed wine. Indicated for toasts, as drink and with final plates, it can also be served during a whole delicate-products meal. To be served on temperature of 6-8° C. Vol 11%.
Pinot Grigio IGT Wine obtained by the vinification of the homonymous grape. It’s sugge- sted for aperitives, first courses,plates based on fish and boiled meat. It has to be served on a temperature of 10- 12° C. Vol 12%
Pinot Bianco IGT Typical wine for central plates in a lunch. It accom- panies optimally also fish, eggs, not so much piquant cheese. It has to be served on a temperature of 10- 12° C. Vol 12%.
Moscato del Veneto IGT (partially fermented grape must) Obained from a partial fermen- tation immediately stopped by an intense refrigeration, it main- tains the sweetness and the natural grapes’ scent. The very low alcoholic gradation (2-3° C) makes it a pleasant refreshing drink. It accompanies desserts, creams and bisquits. To be ser- ved on temperature of 6-7° C.
Malbech IGT Red ruby strong wine, with a lit- tle grass taste, it’s pleasant with mixed white meat and pork. It has to be served on tem- perature of 18-20° C. Vol 12%.
Cabernet Piave DOC Red strong ruby colour wine, plea- sant ad intense perfume. It accom- panies meat plates and middle aged cheese. It has to be served on tempe- rature of 18-20° C. Vol 12%.
